Alena Goldstein, Public Health Researcher
Yoga Philosophy Student: "This course gave me the language and context to understand my long-term reluctance and inability to set goals and intentions. I've worked with several coaches over the years and have found it very frustrating because they all want to start there. Being a cancer survivor, I have learned that I really have no control outside of this moment, so the exercise of setting longterm goals (Where do you want to be in 5, 10 years?) just seem ridiculous. There's too much that occurs outside of my control. Thanks very much for the clarification and understanding."
